recently sold my Speed3 and picked up a Genesis Coupe R-Spec. It's my first RWD vehicle since my Ford Ranger. So far I'm really liking the coupe. It seems more "grown up" than the Speed was.

Lovely color. Welcome to the small Oppo club of Genesis owners!
Whose wheels are those? I'm looking at putting a pair of TSW Nurburgrings on mine for the summer, but those have me intrigued.

Thanks!
The wheels came with the car, I worked a deal out with the dealership to include a set of winter alloys and tires, so I'm not sure who Hyundai used. I do like them much more than the OEM wheels though, so once I burn through the tires, I'll put summers on these ones and winters on the OEM.

I think they might be Enkei Tuning Raijin?
If they are that'd be an interesting coincidence because I was running Enkei Tuning Fujin's on my Speed3.

I wonder why they felt compelled to slap Hyundai badges on them

Probably so they could try to charge more. They tried to claim it was a $3000 set of wheels and tires. I laughed and told them they can say what they want, but I'm not paying that. If they are the Enkei's I can get a set of center caps for them, which I probably will do if I decide to get the Genesis Wing badges.

Welcome to the gencoupe world. We're here if you have any questions. Oh by the way you should totally do an article comparing the speed 3 to your new Genny. Hoon irresponsibly

Thanks! I think I will do an article comparing the coupe to the speed, I think that'd be interesting.
I've been reading a lot about the car, mostly on the Gencoupe forum. I've already tossed in a SOLO Performacne exhaust and it's fantastic. Swapping the transmission fluid for some Redline MT-85 is probably next, then maybe the front sway bar.

I used to work at a Hyundai dealership. They're most definitely made by Fast Wheels. I have no idea the model, though.

Actually, after a little research, I believe they are the Fast Wheels H016.

Hahaha the mod buy has bitten already huh? Well my 2010 was modded to hell and back. It was so loud my neighbors knew when i was running late or early. My 2013 though is still stock except for blacked out wheels. I didn't even bother with the wings like i did in the 2010

Yea... I almost made it a 1000km this time. =D
My Speed3 was nearly fully bolted before I sold it. I have a hard time leaving things stock, it's a curse. I'm really trying to hold myself back and just pick up things that are better than OEM, long lasting, and ones that I can defend, or easily stock out if I need warranty work. I know one thing though, I'm not lowering this car. I lowered my speed and our roads are not friendly to a year round DD that's lowered. I almost took out the Speed3's rear motor mount on an asphalt heave last spring.

Welcome to the club buddy! Any mods planned?

No complaints, except for strange throttle response.. (disappears when you get a tune, apparently)

I've got some mods planned. I put a SOLO Performance exhaust on a couple days ago. I'm also planning to do light weight pullies, a larger front sway bar, and a transmission fluid swap. After all that I plan to do the stereo.
